Transformative Yoga & Meditation in Service of Impact Leadership

Driving transformative value creation across our economy rests, ultimately, on people. Diverse and dynamic impact-driven leaders everywhere in the world blend innovation and creativity with conviction to redefine possibilities and translate strategy into durable structural change, shaping how sustainable capital markets foster low-carbon, climate-resilient ecosystems and shared prosperity.

At In|Flow, we hold that heart-led, values-driven outperformance begins with inner clarity. Closing the performance gap—between intention and action—is critical to any successful change effort. The journey of integrating our parts and accessing one’s full potential begins inwards.

Operating from a place of truth, strength and presence enables the calm, focused mind that sharpens discernment, surfaces our deepest strengths, crystallises our unique gifts and magnetises powerful synchronicities in our lives. With grace, we create the conditions for mindful stewardship of our own personal resources and propel regenerative flow in our lives, sending positive ripples throughout the world.

The Founder of In|Flow brings to this work a 25-year personal yoga practice which has been a quiet, constant anchor throughout her career at the intersection of finance, sustainability and impact — a living proof that stillness and rigour are not in tension, but in service of one another. A certified Ashtanga yoga teacher (RYS200, Goa, 2009), she is passionate about sharing her learnings with those who are ready to go deeper, way-finding and shape-shifting into greater alignment.

Constance teaches Hatha Flow yoga* every weekend at Studio 10 of BodyWorksWest, a private members club in Notting Hill, London. Private and corporate sessions and workshops are also available upon request.

*Hatha Flow yoga bridges the precision and alignment of traditional Hatha with the breath-linked fluidity of Vinyasa. Moving at a considered, moderate pace, this practice builds strength, flexibility and mindfulness through breath and movement — designed for those who value both discipline and flow.
