I am a seasoned investment professional now supporting the financial sector to navigate its journey through an equitable transition to net zero.

With expertise in all the valid investing avenues to return global warming to its Paris Accord limit of 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, I build strategic alliances and raise public and private capital for social and sustainable impact, offering expertise in ESG integration, labelled GSS+ bonds, sustainability-linked debt, transition finance and impact investing to our clients.

I have led stakeholder engagement in key areas of growth and opportunities in transition finance applied to risk mitigation, adaptation and resilience formerly at the Climate Bonds Initiative and presently leading the Orange Movement at the Impact Investment Exchange. I bring over two decades of experience in Fixed Income Product Strategy, Client Portfolio Management and Business Development at various investment houses, incl. Goldman Sachs, Schroders, Fidelity and BlackRock.

Chief Coherence Officer

I am a systems thinker and bridge-builder dedicated to designing the conditions for deep transformation. With a master’s degree in Integral Theory and a background in marketing, I work at the intersection of cultural evolution, ecological regeneration, and economic redesign. My approach integrates inner development and outer systems change—supporting the emergence of new narratives, structures, and strategies that meet today’s most complex global challenges.

As Chief Coherence Officerat In|Flow, I create containers for collaborative inquiry, helping diverse stakeholders uncover leverage points, align across worldviews, and catalysing bold, iterative action. My work weaves together regenerative business design, bioregional organising, and global leadership development—always oriented toward coherence, resilience, and the long-term well-being of people and planet.

As the Founder of WeCohere, I am currently developing CARE (Coherent Alliance to Regenerate Earth), a nonprofit think tank, and the Regenerative Commerce Fund, a for-profit venture studio—two synergistic entities designed to incubate, fund, and scale regenerative economic ecosystems. Through these efforts, I seek to scaffold a new generation of leadership and enterprise capable of holding complexity, nurturing coherence, and stewarding systemic transformation at scale.

Chief Relational Capital Officer

I am a seasoned organisational development consultant with extensive experience across diverse industries in roles including Impact Advisor, People Manager, HR Business Partner and several years of dedicated consulting work.

As Chief Relational Capital Officer at In|Flow, I bring expertise in behavioural psychology for organisational change and sustainable development. In recent years, I have concentrated on impact investing, conducting due diligence on companies with an emphasis on their social and environmental impact. With a passion for understanding why certain businesses outperform others, I apply psychological principles to support organizations align their business strategy to achieve positive financial outcomes.

Currently, I lead the "Relational Capital Initiative" at an NGO, working with impactful for-profit enterprises to advance the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. I firmly believe that relationships are a form of capital; that we are stronger together and that cultivating strong networks and collaborative partnerships creates value that drives sustainable innovation and collective impact.

My academic foundation includes both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology where I specialized in Leadership and Work Engagement in addition to Resistance to Change. My additional studies in Energy Transition and SDG Measurement and Management complement my work applying behavioral psychology principles to sustainability challenges. I firmly believe that environmental issues are fundamentally behavioural issues, informing my approach to creating meaningful organisational change.

I am a finance and sustainability strategist with a deep understanding of capital markets, corporate strategy, and impact-driven transformation.

As Corporate Sustainability Research Director at In|Flow, I bring a wealth of expertise in investment analysis, ESG integration, and net-zero strategy, helping businesses navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable finance.

With a background in investment banking and financial inclusion, I blend financial acumen with a forward-thinking approach to environment, inclusivity and social governance. My work is rooted in global ESG frameworks and capital mobilisation ensuring that organisations not only meet compliance standards but also drive long-term value creation.
